Commission System Development

In parallel with the implementation of the first OPUS application (home insurance implementation), a new subsystem is being developed for the calculation and distribution of commissions for agents and brokers. This subsystem is based on OPUS technology, utilizes OPUS Oracle structures and data, but designed and developed jointly by Allianz Hungaria and Poliphon Ltd. The most important modules of the subsystem include:

• Management of information on agents, agent hierarchies and brokers
• Management of policy data, related to agent/broker fees and commissions
• Calculation of agent/broker fees and commissions
• Reporting and web-based browsing of agent/broker fees and commissions
• Evaluation of past performance of agents and brokers
• Support of performance planning
